Typo: "When a Man Loves a Woman"

When speaking to Lancefer, in one of his first lines to the Warrior of Light he says:

"To search for the corse of my beloved among those of folk I knew all my life - 'tis more than I can bear. I beg you to go in my stead. Here is a pick. Find her for me, and bring back her ring of troth."

I know for sure corse should be corpse, I'm vuessing troth should also be truth? This happened for me just now, let me know if you need more details or a screenshot!

Corse is an obsolete word for corpse.
Troth is "faith or loyalty when pledged in a solemn agreement or undertaking," or another word for "truth"

Gotta look it up before saying it's a typo

Keep in mind that this is a fantasy setting with some olden days flavor. As such, NPCs often use archaic terms. This one in particular has thrown off a lot of people over the years, which you can see by entering the term corse into the search box at the top of the forum.

Actually, this is not a typo. Corse is an archaic form of corpse, which was intentionally used by the author.

It's an engagement ring. Troth as in betrothal.
