Oof no. With some of the weird people you meet in dungeons, that could open the door to abuse, especially in the guest book.

I could go on and on about why it's a bad idea, but the biggest reason is that housing is fine as it is, housing is a "luxury" and its perfect that way.

It shouldn’t come down to luck to get access to housing. If someone has the gils, they should have access to a house which is a feature announced as being part of the game. The fact is that the finite and inflexible wards system is flawed. That doesn’t make it a “luxury”. It’s all included in the sub.
