They were probably inspired to make this post after seeing some of the paid mods floating around. There's a DMC Dante themed animation replacer for DRK that someone is selling for $20+ that has become fairly popular. It's sold almost 1500 times apparently.

You nailed it ! I was looking for something to change the warrior sfx (which i find absolutly horrible) in a first place and came across that mod on youtube.
