In Frontlines and Rival Wings it made little difference because you could not see the enemy team UI regarding the jobs they are playing.
The problem in CC would be not counterpicking after each death since this would affect your Limit Break economy, it would simply be counterpicking at the start of the round. Assuming no changes to the enemy team UI (visibility of jobs, HP values and buffs before match starts), it would just result in potentially frantic job switching or last second job switching. Even with hidden UI, it would be an absolute ballache for one-trick players since people can just make comps / picks to completely shut them down.
