Update default hotbars

You can replace an outdated icon on the bar with a slashed icon. Why can't you just replace it with a blank space?

They're there so you can see where things used to be on your bar when changes happen. The default bars need to be updated to keep up with job changes, yes, absolutely. But the obsolete action icons are still in the game to remind returning players where their buttons used to be, and it should stay that way. This lets them replace the obsolete actions with whatever new actions replaced them or serve similar purposes.
