Update default hotbars

Every default hotbar for new jobs needs to be updated. They should be updated with every expansion as part of every major job update.

Currently the default abilities set to hotbar 1 when switching to a job the first time is filled with slashed out abilities that no longer exist and/or can no longer be set to the hotbar. I'm pretty sure they're still the same since ARR.

Why even populate the bar at all?

Also how many slashed out icons are we going to accumulate ad infinitum? Can we not delete these things? You can replace an outdated icon on the bar with a slashed icon. Why can't you just replace it with a blank space?

They're there so you can see where things used to be on your bar when changes happen. The default bars need to be updated to keep up with job changes, yes, absolutely. But the obsolete action icons are still in the game to remind returning players where their buttons used to be, and it should stay that way. This lets them replace the obsolete actions with whatever new actions replaced them or serve similar purposes.
