Some of those characters are blurred. Is this a correct transcription?

    おお、とてもいい 「紅血珊瑚」........!
    陸人流す血のよう、だから紅血という......!
    オンドの血と違 う,ちょっと奇妙......?

I make that to be along the lines of:

Oh, very good "Red Blood Coral"..........!
Like the blood that Landlings shed, hence the name red blood.......!
Different from Ondo's blood, a bit strange.........?

They are using 紅血 (Red Blood) [specifically 紅 being 'deep red'] there for the coral and landling. It's not mentioned here, but could not the Ondo/Sahagin be 真紅血 (Crimson Blood)?

They aren't saying specifically that Ondo blood isn't a shade of red, (implying it's a weird colour like green or blue), just that it's different to ours. We'd have to look for more hints as to the colour of Sahagin/Ondo blood, I think. Adding to that thought, if they wanted to say that Ondo blood isn't red, then surely 赤 would be used instead of 紅?

In context can "ちょっと奇妙" be read as "a little different" instead of "a little strange"? That would solidify crimson as correct, if so.

But then, chotto being chotto... if we take the "ちょっと" to be 'very' instead of 'a little', then yeah, "not red at all" is more likely. But why would one use "ちょっと" in it's "very" sense there, there is no need to be polite with it. You are not saying "I am a little busy" while meaning "I am very busy" you are saying "it's a little strange", "it's somewhat strange"

Thinking in terms of Terran biology, spiders, scorpions, snails, horseshoe crab, abalone, shrimp, limpet, mollusk, and Octopus have blue blood as it contains hemocyanin instead of hemoglobin like other fish and mammals. Only invertebrates have hemocyanin. While in other FF games the Sahagin are turtle shelled, they are not in FFXIV, they look to be vertebrates. One would expect hemoglobin based blood, with maybe a differing amount of O2 in the blood changing it's redness. Turtles have red blood.

Last added thought. In my art books, 紅 (specific colour) is shown as Pantone 2035 C -- with Crimson being 201 C
