    This is not WAR exclusive problem, neither tank exclusive.

    - PLD, the "magic tank", starts using spell in its rotation at 68, with mobility at 74
    - DRK has TBN at 70 and until recently he used to have 2nd AoE combo at 70+
    - BLM is regarded as "trash until max level"
    - DNC gets DP at 60.
    - WHM gets lilies at 52, but they're DPS loss up until 74
    - Most non-tank jobs gets their AoE way too late

    The list goes on. Only few classes have solid core at 50-60, and WAR is one of them. Hopefully 7.0 finally addresses this problem for every jobs.

    This. IMO every job should have its main toolkit at 50 like warrior does. Warrior at 50 and 90 plays almost the same except at 90 your cooldowns are stronger and most of your skills upgrade. Berserk into inner release, inner beast into fell cleave, etc. Just QoL changes and certain cooldowns get stronger. This has got to be one of the largest turnoffs to new players. They play the game for 45 hours, beat ARR and they're pressing four buttons the whole time.

    The journey shouldn't be the destination. All of these jobs are very playable before they have their full kits.

    There is a big difference between playable and enjoyable. WHM is playable from 1-50 but that doesn't make it enjoyable to play. It is also easier to teach players to be better at their jobs when they have the major portions of their kits by level 50 and then use 50-cap to flesh out some abilities through traits or add in a few new abilities as you level to add onto the base kit. Looking at GNB and DRK, they don't get their short mitigation CD till late in the leveling process and I think it is a hindrance to teaching them how to utilize the skill to its potential vs something like PLD who learns their short CD at 35 and has all that extra time to learn how to use it.

    Specifically for Warrior, you have basically useless skills in Steel Cyclone and Decimate that can only be used if you happen to have some Beast Gauge left over from a boss fight or Infuriate is off CD vs at 74 you can now actually use skills you gained at 45 and 60.

    But what is destination? This is MMORPG, there is no "beating the game". For some people, leveling is just prerequisite to start journey at max level. For others, they set their goal on collecting everything in game, which might not even be possible.

    Playable and enjoyable are completely different things. And it's definitely not enjoyable to play "magic tank" that can't even cast spells, or to play DPS but have lower damage than tank at lower levels, or to fish for Firestarter procs while having only ~200ms to react. These things are just simple flaws which should be ironed out.

    Shouldn't the classes actually be fun to play?

    One of the biggest reasons I can't enjoy paladin is how much of the content they don't get to gap close in.
