I want to complain about Support Centre at Report Bugs and Offend Player segments.
I have been contacted with STF, Harassment and FINAL FANTASY® XIV Materials Usage License Violation Report many times. But those players I reported are still playing the game with 3rd party tools.

I reported more than 30 reports in 1.5 month. If you want to complain me about report too much or it has false evidences so you don't want to investigate my cases.

I don't know where to complain but I think this section's fit my problems. I know you don't fix my problems because I can check those players in my friend list. So I don't want to rush you or anything but those players harass other people in data center with their 3rd party tools.

If you want to ask me more detail, you can summon me in this game with other characters that I recently play.

So, if I understand correctly, you're upset because you've received account actions, for the violations you named (harassment, materials usage violations, and "STF" which is a term I'm unaware of) but other people that you have reported for violations are still playing?

Unfortunately, what other people are doing has absolutely no bearing on what you have done and/or the punishments you receive. Just like in real life, if you break a law, you cannot argue anywhere that "everyone else is doing this bad thing and that bad thing so I can do bad things too." That's not a defense. You pay the price for what you do. The price doesn't decrease, nor are you given a pass, because some other people over there are also doing bad stuff.

If people you reported are still playing:

- Maybe your assumption was incorrect and they didn't do anything wrong.
- Maybe you reported it incorrectly or the situation was misunderstood.
- Maybe the person got a brief penalty, served it, and is now back playing.

As for where to complain, this particular forum is actually for feedback and suggestions on the website or companion app. However, most people do use it for general suggestions.

But what you have isn't a suggestion. It's just a complaint that you're getting busted, but others aren't, which is irrelevant because your behavior is your own. Other people don't matter when it comes to rules you personally break. I'm actually surprised no one ever taught you this...?

I think the OP is just complaining that they've reported players multiple times but hasn't seen anything done about it yet, I don't think they themselves have been reported (I could be wrong, I'm assuming English is not the OP's primary language).

OP, reports are usually not dealt with straight away - from my understanding they tend to go into a queue to be assessed by the relevant teams at SE (which from previous info sounds like a small team) who then looks into it, gathers evidence then adds the player to the next ban wave if found to be in violation. That said, nothing stopping those players purchasing another subscription and starting again.

It's a bit annoying but best thing to do is blacklist them and carry on with your life - you'll never get any feedback from SE about the reports/bannings aside form the generic ban wave announcements about the number of accounts banned.
