I'd go with either Rhalgr or Halone; Llymlaen doesn't quite fit in my mind. RP question; has she already started the Dragoon job and gone through canon class quests? If not, is she self-taught and not an "official" dragoon? If the first, Halone's probably the best choice. If the second, Rhalgr may be better.
