Define dead? When I queue ranked it still pops within 5 minutes.

Are you tanking about Ranked or Casual? If so list Data Center for that. Which DCs are still having a 5 minute or less ranked que?

That also has the shortest recharge timer out of all Limit Breaks.

OP, your post has some good points but you didn't have to make the title a lie. Still getting insta-pops for casual even in the early hours of the morning on my world. Definitely not dead lol.

………most PvP are like this. It cannot be balanced equally. Doing that will hurt the game even more to a…..pretty much dead game. Some abilities have to be brain dead or unfair otherwise no one would be able to figure out how to defeat it. Telling ppl that it’s not so bad.

I did thought WHM was overpowered. After many matches, it’s not as strong as you think. It’s the same as WAR’s monkey flip. Most of their abilities, you just scatter and their abilities are pretty weak, easy to exploit and counter. It’s one of those things, playing competitive game. If you don’t play at least over 200+ matches, you will have that mindset that the game is dead when it’s just, “do I know how to play this game effectively?” Nothing anyone can do on solo casual/rank, it is what it is.

It won’t die, it have a niche audience. That’s just how competitive games are.

Nah, most competitive games thrive. Having a niche player base of the same 15 faces isn't thriving. It's dead. I don't know if you've played much competitive gaming but if it receives the love, balance and appealing enough rewards it will take care of itself. I don't need to be on some discord or beg someone to que to play ranked, it should be a thought-out system that respects my time and effort and right now it's just taking the micky. The good thing now though is, we know Square Enix and FF14 devs are shooting themselves in the foot and cannot claim that 'well it's just not popular enough' because as it has been shown that it is not the case.
