After making it to the Ultimate Weapon stage again, I got rebooted back to the beginning of the quest. The spot where you get the robot the shoots a cannon. Can't this be checked to see if that really happened and perhaps get credit and not have to re-do the whole thing???

This isn't very clear. I understand you are up to a quest involving the Ultimate Weapon. It would help to know the exact name of the quest and the exact name of any duties or dungeons involved, and where you are being forced to repeat.
