I've looked and looked and I can't seem to find anything other than 590 gear to spend this currency on. Is there something I can buy?? The gear is essentially useless to my as I now have the augmented set. And it don't go on the marketboard.

The current capped tomestone is only for endgame gearing. When it cycles to uncapped to make room for the new capped tomestone, it'll be useable for other things. But until then, all you can do is buy more gear or go over cap.

Yup, right now it is only for ilevel 590 gear (upgradable to 600 as you know). Looking at your Lodestone profile, it looks like you might not have the (augmented) radiant weapon for your main job yet, which is also an option, although it requires clearing the Asphodelos raids several times to get.

Other than that, you can start filling out gear for another job (or collecting it for glamour for another job, as the ilevel will be exceeded when the next patch is released).

We're talking 6.2? Think I already put my 590 gear in the glamor dresser. Oh well.

In 6.2, there will be a new tomestone. That'll give a new gear set. Astronomy will become uncapped and also be usable for buying crafting materials for new crafted sets, foods, and potions.

You can either keep getting high-level gear for other jobs, or you could try to max them out so that once 6.2 comes out, you’ll have a head-start on getting high-selling crafting ingredients.

Uh, all older tomestones stay at their cap mark, 2,000.

Uncapped as in there's no weekly cap to how many you can get, not uncapped as in you can get more than 2k.
