    PvP queue sucks and is going to kill the mode

    I don't know how anyone at SE thought that this RNG queue system was the way to go (that seems to stack one side with competent players and leaves the other side with mostly incompetent players). Especially after deciding to neuter communications on top of that. SE you have to pick one. Either neuter communications and allow us to queue with friends, or allow proper communication and keep this queue system.

    Personally I would prefer to allow for normal commination and simply have two queues, one for solo and the other for premade. Having both on top of all the problems with CCing is just way too much. It's the only team base PvP I've seen where you're not allowed to properly be a team. It's all luck based.

    First off people shouldn't be allowed to team up with the same people twice in a row solo que. This helps stop syncers which is a small problem
    Second they need to enforce role balance between teams. If one team has 1 tank,the other team should get one tank, melee, healer etc. To at least TRY to bridge the chances each team has, nothing worse when the enemy has a WAR and WHM together which is a fit wombo combo to trash you with CC.

    however if they do enforce role balance team then queue time will be longer. Example 1 team has 1 tank/healer and no tank/healer queue. Also even there is 1tank and 1healer the team will still 3-5 player gang target first dps before tank/healer except tank/healer jump too far in enemy team first.

    Any kind of role restriction leads to higher queue times. Higher queue times push people away which, once again, lead to higher queue times and so on.

    Your "solution" will hurt CC way more than help it.

    Besides, next to player skill, job roles are near inconsequential in deciding a match's outcome.

    In CC solo queue, people pray for good teammates, not good job composition.
