Maybe the fastest, but that doesnt have to equal it being the best way... personally I'd rather to some content I enjoy (PvP, Ivalice raids) while taking a little longer...
No. That's BLIZZARD'S schtick.2. Because it’s the only “new” thing and they want you to stay subbed and playing.
YoshiP has said REPEATEDLY he encourages people to take a break between patches to play other games.
Well, if you take a break you lose your house, and refunded amount disappears if you're not back in a month, so yeah. Blizzard's not the only one with that shtick. but that's a discussion for another day
Will put you on ignore if you can't form a logical argument but argue nonetheless
Do you have any source for that quote? I am well aware that players love to repeat it to justify anything, true, but as far as I know, Yoshi-P only said that because someone was complaining in an interview that the game didn't have enough endgame content.
And it's obvious that the game wants you to stay subbed, no matter what Yoshi-P says for PR. Maybe play other games in the meanwhile, but you'd have to be seriously delusional to believe they want their customers to unsub.

Reverse order first.Hai gamers, couple of questions.
what's the fastest way to farm currency for this event?
currently doing the Praetorium, and even tho im on 2nd run Im losing sanity from the amount of cutscenes.
also why are Demon Brick Earrings so expensive?
and lastly, when does new patch come out?
3. The patch is almost always exactly 4 weeks after the event starts. Starting it on a monday tells me that they expect at least 12 hours downtime for the patch.
2. Earring is always the item in the 100 mogstone slot.
1. There's usually a group that will do Aurum Vale with an all blue (or 3 blu one tank if want easier runs over faster runs) Party. However I propose it might be faster to to Hawke Manor (hard) with all blue, with just the small problem of the final boss wiping the entire party if you go too fast that has to be solved for this to work. I also think that Keeper of the Lake with all blue has a chance to be properly fast as well.
In additon to that I'm doing MSQ roulette, Alliance Roulette, and Normal Roulette every day, I'll pick up some mogstones from that.
A prepmade of highskill might be able to run Deltascape 3 before the sand portal, and that's seriously fast. Folks were doing it before the stat squish, but it won't be as easy this time. I also suspect one of the alphascapes might be fast enough as well. But I'm not thinking randoms for this.
If you do Praetorian, do it while relaxing with a nice cold drink of iced "coffee"....
I don't have all my gwibs, so I might try to put together synced groups on the weapons to farm dragons and tomestones.
good insight.Reverse order first.

I did bunch of Aurum Vale with 3 blues and myself and runs are 5 minute if clean and 7-8 minutes with mess ups, it does require higher APM however.
also did a few Prae runs while playing heathstone on background and watching a movie since 80% of that dungeon was cutsceenes, runs are 30ish minutes and extremly relaxing and easy but take long.
also did some Aurum vale with random dungeon finder, and runs took 10 minutes on good runs, and 14-20 on messy runs.
A.) In the grand scheme of things, very few people (compared to the hundreds of thousands of active players) actually have a house, so it's a minuscule small % of the playerbase that this would even apply to.
B.) The usual demo timer is about a month and a half, which allows for at least a full month un-subbed even if you have a house.
C.) Housing demolition hasn't even been active for several months now (since Russia invaded Ukraine).
