Apparently running the Aerum valley (or something in those lines) with blue mages (3-4) is a best way to farm did it today, was tanking myself it was 5 min runs each.
Maybe the fastest, but that doesnt have to equal it being the best way... personally I'd rather to some content I enjoy (PvP, Ivalice raids) while taking a little longer...
