what's the fastest way to farm currency for this event?

Playing through instances that are of interest to you, at a pace you feel comfortable with, across the nearly one-month you have for this event.

Forcing yourself to run X again and again as fast as you can because it gives more tomestones is seriously harmful to your sanity.

Pick what you want from the list, add up the numbers, and play through instances across the four weeks so that you can meet that number. Try different things (things you might not have already queued for in the past).

That's one of the things I miss from FFXI, gear with random quirky effects. Like turning you into demons, giving out presents, generating cookies, etc.

I'd imagine you have at least a month. Not sure the "fastest" farm but really just doing the MS roulette daily and if your bold enough the occassional extra preatorium when you have the time and enegery will most likely help with the sanity. Just like the old preatorium runs i would do a couple chores or pull up a video on you tube during the longer cutscenes.

For anyone still interested in this.

Apparently running the Aerum valley (or something in those lines) with blue mages (3-4) is a best way to farm did it today, was tanking myself it was 5 min runs each.

I'm leaning towards Deltascape spam. Grind up tomes and work on my tank mount achievements at the same time. I'm not in a huge rush to the finish anyway.
