People begging for gil everywhere, please leave me alone already.

Heyo, just wanted to hear some opinions or just vent
In the past few weeks people begging for gil are everywhere.

It's mostly begging for house money or not specified. The shout chat is full (people are even world travelling to beg), the party finder has multiple ppl in it etc.

Blacklisting everyone fills up the list quite fast, it's so annoying imo. Anyone wants to give their two cents?

I wish this would be against ToS, honestly.

I would get tells from people who ask me to join their FC once in a while. Others just straight up send the invite without saying nothin. Like, these people are bothering me while I'm chilling in an Inn smh.

As someone that's actually looking for a FC, it frustrates me when people just send invites with nothing else. At least send me one of those generic tells or something. I know that's low effort too but still...

Funnily enough, on Exodus there's a guy always in PF telling people he's giving away gil and to just /tell him for the trade. Usually hangs out in the Carline Canopy or Drowning Wench. Asked him once what the occasion was or if he was OK (thought he was dumping his gil before he quit the game or something), and he just said he does it for fun. Didn't grab any gil from him personally, but I still see him all the time.

You are correct with the PF begging though. Usually when a new glam comes out, crafted or Mogstation, there's at least 3 people begging for it. If you can afford your sub, you can afford to cough up the money for whatever on the cash shop, and if you can't fit it into your budget, just wait until you can. If you have enough time to beg for gil, then you have enough time to gather/craft/sell items to make your own bank. I just don't get people like this.

I don't understand just don't read. I personally have earned 10,000,000 gils doing this when I was half afk and I don't see how it's a bad thing - people are happy to help and those who aren't interested just ignore

Well, why is blacklisting a thing then? Just ignore spam, just ignore rmt, just ignore harassment? Some things are annoying to different people. I don't mind club ads, I know that they are annoying to others.

Also .. what are they helping you with? They way you word this just sounds like you taking advantage of kindness.

Yes I don't care as long as it's not a person who contacts me personally I don't do anything there will always be rmt + spam it will never change because SE lets it happen it's just a waste of time of BL + make a report

They help me to get a bigger amount of gils and in exchange I give them the impression that they helped someone in need in the end everyone is happy so I don't see the harm in basically complaining about something that doesn't even concern you
