Welcome Message in FC Chat?

It is right after the text regarding server/event/etc information when you log in, assuming you have Free Company Announcements turned on in the log filters.
It'll just say "Company Board: Your text here King Canadane is super cool"

I'll let you in on a hot tip though. Nobody ever reads it. Just like nobody ever reads the server login text. It has important information regarding downtime, events, etc. But people gloss over it like it's nothing and will proceed to ask questions about those very subjects.

That was indeed the issue.

I had disabled a lot of stuff in my filters, in the hope to get the chat logs less cluttered. The trouble is, there are so many different settings and for most of them I'm not even sure what they do.

This is perhaps a question for a different part of the forum, but is there some comprehensive list of what different filter options actually mean?
