Asking people to not be abusive is not the same as asking for no criticism. Considering the state of the mortally aggrieved posting that goes on here, I'm not surprised that that point seems to fly over people's heads, but nonetheless it remains true.

There is deserved criticism, but S.E isn't asking for feedback. They are using their own metrics. Running it like supervisor managing a cashier. That may go over many of the people's heads. The supervisor makes suggested changes to improve the metrics without hearing from fellow testers [cashiers] thoughts and how their QoL might change but it doesn't matte, equaling lost employees.

It's basically corporate vs branch making changes. Cause of their "belief system".
