    mogstation question error 401

    ive been using the same card always to pay for ffxiv but now i tried to purchase something and ended up saying cant verify card or error 401 . not sure what that means can someone tell me and how i can fix this. i tried my card on steam and it was able to load account so im not sure if its the website or my card
