How Do I Report People?

I encountered someone that decided to come up and essentially sexually assault my character. Being a rape survivor in real life, I take this shit very seriously. And yet when I tried to report them, the only report option that came up when I right-clicked their name is for RMT. So how do I go about reporting players for violating my consent like this?

Edit: Just gonna add, the fact that there's a report option for real money trading but not for sexual harassment/assault tells a lot about Square's priorities. Putting their profits over the health of the playerbase may be standard practice in the game industry what with all the other companies out there that cultivated a rape culture inside their own doors, but it's no less disgusting.
