2. Got into the house and tried to use the Crystal bell
3. Had an error message saying i don't have 2000 Gil
4. Contacted GM support and got told to write here

Did you follow any links (particularly sent via tell) claiming to lead to the forum and requiring a login?

If so then you have likely been scammed and your account has been stolen and emptied.

If you have access to FC funds then they may have drained that as well.

Change your password ASAP. I'm not sure if the rest of the process but I think you contact the support desk in-game.

If you have indeed been scammed, you can potentially get your account rolled back to before you lost the money, but that can take weeks or months and you'll lose any progress since then.

Right so, what happened here it's just that my roommate moved my Gils into FC chest "as a joke" and didn't tell me anything until NOW.
