    Yes, take away mp recovery while standing still and give us siphon mp and tranquility/exaltation back so we can be at 100% mp ALL THE TIME! =o

    (Seriously Dook, find something more constructive to do with your downtime before SE starts taking your trolls seriously and you screw us all over.)
