New changes to the Sightseeing Log? Missing?

I don't really do the Sightseeing Log but wanted a Camp DragonHead painting for my apartment but Ive looked at all the guides and videos, Im at the right place with the right weather at the right time, doing the right emote and nothing pops up. Did they remove some of the sights or is my game bugged?

Did you do every single thing you have to do, in order to unlock being able to do that one sightseeing point you want?

Unlock the sightseeing log itself, get the ARR log, take it to the person who has the HW log, get the HW log clues...

And THEN stand in the right place, doing the right action in the right time and weather?

Given that this is a HW sightseeing, the question comes down to, "show me a picture of the spot with the glowing orb".

The ARR sightseeing log comes in 2 parts. You must complete the first part (20 vistas) in full before the locations in the second part can be accessed.

If you just want the painting, I'll put a couple up for sale on the Coeurl marketboard so you can get it. I'll list at 1030, which is painting price plus the seller tax I'd be charged.

You need to complete the climb to the top of the hostelry ("Kugane Tower" as players like to call it), then sprint and jump off in a certain location to land on the lamppost. A lot of times it's easier if you have BLU unlocked with Self Destruct. Then someone who's already made the jump can rez you to the top of the lamppost.

Camp Dragonhead is in ARR, not HW.

All you need is the ARR log, but if it's in the second set of locations then you need to complete the first lot before you can access them.
