For red mage you can make a macro list to put the buttons next to the party member list so you only need to click that button to cast raise on them. So all you'll have to care about is proccing dual cast and then clicking that button to raise the teammate number 2/3/4/etc it's a very simple macro and it helps a lot in reducing targetting issues
