How to Toggle RUN/WALK on/off like in WoW?

I'm a refugee from WoW. There, I can save my finger a lot of wear and tear by toggling forward movement on or off, so if ON, the character moves forward or backward until stopped by terrain or player command. Thus a player can walk, run, or ride while only using direction keys to navigate roads or obstacles.

I can't locate such a toggle feature in FFXIV keybinds. Does the capability exist through other means?

The

/keybind > Movement > Turn On/Off Auto-run

key will make you move forward until you perform an action. While in autorun, the camera keys will change your view angle without changing the direction you run. The Move/Turn keys will change your character's movement direction.

Keyboard shortcut for autorun can also be turned on and off at will on keyboard by simply pressing the 'R' key without the chat window highlighted or selected (such as running manually). This page explains about the default controls and keybindings for the game.
