Not able to set any skills from other classes on my rank 36 GLA

Hi,
As the title says, I recently dusted off my sword and geared up my rank 36 GLA. However when I went to set my skills, I can only move around my GLA skills, and am unable to equip any other skills from any other classes, like Cure/SS/Second Wind/Protect/Bloodbath etc. My Abilities bar for 'Additional Actions' reads 0/7. Not sure how to fix it.

I guess you should provide more information in order to get help on this issue. Check the Format on In-Game Bugs Thread and try to fullfil it even if you think there are irrelevant data involved.
On a side note, are you clicking on classes' icons underneath current class' skills? Maybe it's a silly question, but I'm not trying to make fool of you, mind you... Sometimes we skip a step, get ourself obfuscated and think we've found a bug. Hope you understand u.u'

I already tried Umo's suggestion. As I have several classes/jobs rank 50, I do know how to set skills etc. I only noticed the problem on May 31st. Tried relogging and waiting another day. Tried switching classes etc...nothing has worked so far. That being said, Here is the information as requested (to the best of my knowledge). The only thing I didn't think to do is see if I can equip 'Additional Class' Skills on my level 17ish lancer. I will try that when I get a chance to buy a weapon/play tonight. But for now, here's what I know.

What you were doing when the issue occurred.

I was doing leves as a level 34 MRD when I got the brilliant idea to swap to GLA and do some leves as GLA to level it as well. As I have not played my GLA at all in months, I needed to assign my stat points and set all my Additional Class Skills/rework my action bar to my liking. I was able to assign my stat points just fine and I was also able to move all my native GLA class abilities wherever I wanted them on my action bars. But when I tried to set 'Additional Class' Skills (like skills from CNJ/PGL/MRD etc, I was unable to do so. The 'Additional Class' Skills remainder bar reads 0/7. I tried changing classes, logging out, only attempting to equip 'Aditional Skills' a PLD could use like Cure (I have yet to unlock PLD), waited a day and tried again etc. Nothing has worked.

As I said up top, I have several classes/jobs rank 50 and have had no issues setting their skills etc. (My rank 50 classes/jobs included CNJ/WHM, THM/BLM, PGL/MNK, ARC/BRD....I also have had no issues setting 'Additional Class abilities on my now level 37 MRD...my MRD has Rampart, Secondwind, Protect, Stoneskin,Cure all set atm). So it's not that I don't know how to do it, but rather that the game is somehow glitched and won't let me.

Update:
Logged in, switched to lancer, added an 'Additional Action' on Lancer and then switched back to GLA. Now I can add 'Additional Actions' on my GLA...so problem solved, although i don't know how. Thanks for the help.
