Gil Inequality of Travel Teleportation

There is a difference in expense of travel from Shirogane to the Doman Enclave and back. When you travel to the Doman Enclave from Shirogane, it's 497 gil. When you travel back, it's 124 gil. Why would it be a little over double one way but double the cost it is to go from Shirogane to Kugane with the Doman Enclave is just around the corner.

It's because teleports to Free Company Estates, Private estates, and apartments are always discounted to the lowest possible. It will always be cheaper to teleport to them than it is anywhere else.
