Doesn't fit with the setting or theme of the game at all. I also cannot think of a holiday that this would be a good event item for.

Your only hope is if they implement a Scholar type job and make the AF armor sort of similar to XI's Scholar AF. That at least had the skirt thing going.

Maybe the start of a school year holiday event (well a week before so people don't start the year ignoring homework)

Though i'm not really enthusiastic about sailor moon getups, i don't see a reason to deny folks more skirts and dresses if they so desire.
