Delubrum error 17

Every time I queue for delubrum I get error 17 when it tries to load me in and then until my character is either kicked or the duty completes my character is stuck in limbo because on login I also get error 17 because it is trying to load me back into dr. I have tried clearing my ff files and reinstalling, updating drivers, lowering my graphics settings none of these have worked. I have also tested just about every other area in the game to see if anything else does it but so far it is just dr.

I'm sorry to hear about this Error 17 that you have been experiencing. In order to get a better sense of the issue, I would like to ask a few questions. When did this issue first occur? If possible, could you also provide the exact error code or message as presented to you during the time of the issue? Are you experiencing this same error on any other characters (if you have any), or does it only occur on a specific character? Does this error result in any crashing? Additionally, are you connected via a wired connection or wireless?

I cant really pinpoint exactly when it started because I hadnt done dr in a good while but I have a resistance weapon completed so I've been in it before, the first time I tried to re-enter was about a week ago, the exact message that pops up is "an unexpected error has occurred exiting finalfantasyxiv.17". Which then crashes the game. And until I am removed from the party or the duty completes when I relog I get the same message followed by the crash. I do not play any other characters so not sure on that one and I am on a wired connection.

Could you provide a system report? Simply go to the 'Config' option on the Final Fantasy XIV launcher and to the right of 'System Information' click on 'Display.
