I believe there was an eastern gaming company that made players send in their IDs because they didn’t want men playing as females. Sorry but I’m not giving my ID to any gaming company
I don’t understand why people want more policing and less freedoms. I believe in regards to many games allowing those under a certain age, that an adult needs to make the account (a minor cannot) and if a minor plays, then an adult must be present.

Many interactions can’t be policed by the ESRB, especially if online. If people want to get their rocks off, there are tons of eastern games that allow that as well as some western ones.

Personally I don’t care. I’ve been a part of ERP myself. There is nothing wrong with it. If a minor lies to do it (saying they are over 18) whelp, then blame it on the parent/adult that wasn’t there to monitor.

See the issue with that last bit is folks in this community will try to call you a predator for that, OR will accuse you of being ok with strict and overbearing parenting.

In a situation like this it's either fully ok or its fully not. The people advertising as 18+ are doing all they can to separate. The only other line of defense is the child's parents. Period. And if that side fails for whatever reason it's not up to the players to fill in as some here believe it is.

I mean hel, some parents don't even want their kids seeing buttcheeks. Do we remove things like a 2B bottoms next? Do we get rid of the Eulmore strip club? Do the fem Miqo and Elezen poses need to be altered because they're suggestive? What about the Bees Knees?

This is the problem of while ill just call the protection logic.

Sexual themes not sexual interaction which is what erp is. Further more its no the parents or the child who gets blamed in such a scenario its the brain dead adult engaging in it. Despite a clear warning minors will be present..

That’s not what the law says: it’s stupid adults in the game who are responsible for their own actions. Letting your 13 yr old kid play a game advertised as 13+ is not illegal while for an adult to engage in certain ERP activities with a minor can have various legal repercussions depending on the jurisdiction.

Also it is against the ToS.

or se can get a brain and make adult only access points the game legitly ask for date of birth upon making an account that can be used to verify rather u 18+ or not and make it safe FOR EVERYONE INVOLVED not just stupid ass trash kids

Already told you they CANNOT DO THAT without the games rating changing. Why do you think they ban players when they are caught doing ERP.
