For a start they really need to bring auto demolish back. I even saw some plots in Ishgard which have no building on them since first lottery in 6.1 makes me wonder how many more 'dead' plots there are.

Bring auto demo back.
Also @"Fera" you can come talk to me in game and ask me your questions![]()
I disagree. As a house owner, I would still love my house if everyone had one. I want other players to be happy too and have access to housing if they are interested in it.
Professional lurker.
Lot of them I reckon. Same in other wards where houses haven’t been used for months due to players quit or having a long hiatus
Until the game shuts down!
Which wards are you looking at? Because the FC only wards being empty has nothing to do with no auto demolition happening. FCs simply do not want small houses.
I see a lot of plots to grab.
Ah yeah, but you aren't interested in "one" plot, you are aiming at THAT special and flashy 20 or 50 milion plot near the beach/lake.
Well know this: when you have an house and teleport to it, you only see a part of the garden and the door, the rest doesn't matter.
I have 10,000 needles,
I'm not a weaver,
and I'm not scared to use them.
Nah I've spent a lot of time on my front yard actuallyI see a lot of plots to grab.

Even have a treehouse I can sit on that overlooks the only nice part of the Goblet
Which I'm stuck in because it was literally the only place with a house available before Ishgard (and still took me 11+ hours of placard clicking and sheer dumb luck on a relocation to move from a goblet small to a goblet medium)
Actually I'd have to look again, last I checked there weren't many plots left at all on Behemoth
A lot of FCs are fine with smalls. Even if the FC really wants a medium or large, they're going to at least buy a small if that's all that's available so they can start on their workshop and members can set up their FC rooms.
FC plots are still empty because every FC that wants a house has one.
Maybe you have a lot of plots to grab on Ragnarok.I see a lot of plots to grab.

That's not the case on the NA worlds that are much more crowded than the EU worlds. What's available is generally in the FC wards.
You might only see a garden and the door when you teleport to your house, I have a fantastic view of the beach and most of the ward. It's just a shame I almost never see what would make a neighborhood feel like a real neighborhood - other players.

And here we have the reason for these arguments (being the opposite of the selfish scum on the other side), because some people can't be happy unless they have something others don't have, which is why they go out of their way to jump to these threads to let everyone know they have a house and that they love scarcity.
I'd encourage them to stop pretending and start posting GIF pictures of their character pointing and laughing. I doubt they need to worry about things changing any time soon, if ever.
