They don’t know what was the actual number of player (and bots) they’re competing against.I don't think people realized how much of a gatekeeper Placard Clicking was. You go from the couple of people who would click a placard for the chance to opening up housing to literally every Tom, Dick, and Harry with enough money to buy a lotto ticket.
The want was there, but lotto made it easier.
