First off I dont have a house cause im waiting for transfer thank you.. Its not about me havening a house in a zone i personally dont even like lol Its about advertising stuff you cant supply to all players.. As far as a apartment i have one thank you...

I just ducked into a random Empyreum ward on my server. 13 apartments are purchased. Out of... what's the cap? 90 per ward?

What you want isn't available, but it doesn't mean SE hasn't delivered. There are FC rooms readily available for all. Any legit FC that wants a house should have one by now. And if an FC isn't a player's thing? Apartments are still readily available.

Frankly, SE might be looking at both the bids every lottery cycle on plots and then also looking at the number of unused apartment spaces in Empyreum and see the disparity. Both are a place to decorate and call your own. One is readily available still.
