TROUBLE LOGGING INTO GAME BUT FORUMS OK

I'm having trouble logging into the game but not the forums. When I go to log in it says invalid ID or Password. I can log into the forums though. The game reverted back to the old login screen. It wants me to set up a Square Enix account and when I put the one I already have it says invalid ID and password. When I try to reset my password it says invalid email. PLEASE HELP THIS GAME IS WORTH HALF THE WORLD TO ME. My DAD paid for this game with his DEBIT card so that should help
