    over 18 hours and no Mogtsation mount delivery.

    Im on Materia: Sophia

    I have 2 characters on my account.

    Every time i buy a mount it takes longer than the previous to be delivered.

    12 of those 18 hours were off peak.

    So uhh..... Wheres my mount please?

    2 Hours? even 5 Hours id expect. But not 18 with still no sign of it anywhere in the mail.

    Yeah this seems to be normal... I will assume you already used the request mail function too. My peacock mount took 26 hours!

    Yeah had a few times over that Period, and it was the Peacock as well.

    Because you said about 2 characters I assume it's a mount that's account wide, unfortunately they just always take a lot longer. This is assuming you have space for it to arrive, although you'd see big red warnings when you opened your mail if it were full.

    No idea why account wide take longer, but unfortunately you'll just have to wait I'm afraid, it will get there. As someone above said you can press the button for request redelivery (top right when using the mailbox in-game), but yeh... account wide things are just slow sorry.

    Unfortunately, the issue you are describing is not something we can help with in the Technical Support Forums. If a purchased item has not been delivered yet, I advise to double check the inbox and press the resend button. In addition, you will want to make sure there is space in the inventory for the item. Lastly, for further assistance I advise to contact the GM team in game as they can assist with retrieving the mount. You may contact a Game Master using the /supportdesk command for further assistance. Note that the Game Master support team may be experiencing high contact volume and will handle contacts in the order they are received.
