I see what it's for now! It's where we keep our miniature Hildibrands and Tatarus, right? That's why there's so much space.

I mean, there's completely no need for an additional 12 wards, which, when added to every residential area would add 3600 more houses to each World... (sarcasm)

It's almost like.... if that were the case, and we DID have 36 wards.... we could've split the FC and Personal wards completely in HALF and not like the jacked up rendition that happened the first time we implemented lottery. 18 FC/18 Personal. Right down the middle!

I imagine if we had more wards, it would like like this:

And I would also think that, if we did have more wards, then we could possible add LARGE wards and Medium wards and small wards, so that there could be venue neighborhoods or just mansion neighborhoods in general. Something like this:

3 Large-only Wards = 180 new mansions

Personally, I feel like if we can add Island Sanctuary, we can add these wards. Not only that, but allegedly the whole "SE can't handle the technical challenge of instanced housing" is a community-created myth. I personally feel like the whole concept of "okay when SE implements new data centers and new worlds, THEN I can get a house" is really sad. I think it's really sad that players have to "look forward" to moving to a whole new world, leaving their stuff behind, all so that they can get a house. I know it's not difficult to create a new character and do XYZ, and I know it can be fun for some people, but it shouldn't be required. Yes, I know CW/Data center travel is a thing, but that shouldn't need to be the last option here.

Now, let's put aside our doubts and "technical limitation" naysayers, what are your thoughts on the idea?
