I don't really care about them representing races in the Scions, but that particular organization definitely needs new blood. It feels like all their major arcs have already been closed, we really only have... what, 3 of them? With any semblance of adventure left?
And then there's Urianger.

Imagine 1 female viera, 1 Hrotghar, 1 Roe and a male Highlander on the new party and each one having nice and epic new adventures for us to delve into I'd just keep Y'shtola and Alisie from the previous team (maybe Thancred since... you know... it's Thancred u.u). Oh, and Yugiri could be fix in the team as well
