DX11 Crashes When Entering Stormblood Dungeons

I keep getting crashes when entering Stormblood dungeons (The Burn, The Ghimylt Dark)
The Burn worked when i tried DX9 but The Ghimlyt Dark doesn't work on either. My graphics driver is updated, and so is my Windows system. I'm also not overclocking anything, and haven't had a problem running the game until now.

Any advice or anything how to fix would be appreciated~

Edit: I have done the patch redownload, and also a fresh clean install of the game. I am still getting the error messages... ;~;

have you tried reseating RAM and GPU?

Hmmm, I've restarted my computer? I'm not quite sure how to do ^ XD

basically involves opening the computer, blowing off the dust is good too, then remove the RAM and replace it, make sure its seated firmly and same with the Graphics card

If you run the steam version, you can right click on the game in your library (inside steam) and look for a integrity check in the game files. Maybe something is lacking. I don't know how to do it outside Steam, though...

You can also run the cache reset (in the options on the game launcher).

If nothing of these works, then I advice reinstaling the whole stuff u.u
