What annoys me is the fact the mods refuse to ban him. He's just outright trolling and being passive aggressive. Its why I just threw him on ignore.

All the same emptiness of nothing constructive, just blatant taunting. Then again it showcases how much the Mods ignore forum moderating as much as SE ignoring feedback. This was mentioned on a FFXIV stream, but SE's attitude to not address negative PvE combat changes is reflective of their Ego similar to Blizzard for WoW with:

• Don't you guys have Phones?
• You think you do, but you don't

I am at least not as condescending as SE thinking we're to dumb to play their game, or make NFT sales. But I agree with you " a Revert is the best course of action " indeed and I agree not just Kaiten also the other negative changes until something is done to fix it all. However... at this point, a response as the bare minimum to the feedback they requested is fitting.

Rather I am subscribed or not is irrelevant to the topic of SE's poor actions, specially to the Samurai changes we dislike. I still play, I still enjoy the game, even made an Ishgard themed house decor you can check it at " Emp. Diabolos, Ward15, Plot32 " on a budget. Heck you can even check my FFlogs of my recent activities, most if not all groups just me trying to help people farm loot and even clear content. Which you should try out rather then sipping Square's Juices/ Wine.

This isn’t a war between healer, dps and tanks. We are all In this boat together. They gonna keep dumping down jobs until we get at wow lvls of job identity. Ofc people don’t give a fluff if it doesn’t happen to them, but at this point it isn’t looking good for dps either. They ignore anyone at this point and they only talk if we “get rude about it”. Of course before then they didn’t do anything. I do think the root of this problem is that the job design team is comprised of only 4 individuals that effectively have no clue about 70 % of the jobs.

EW was the real calamity which brought a cataclysmic of change sorts to all the game’s concepts, all while the devs remain idle or simply disregard the public’s acknowledgement of their direction in general.

Why do you guys get mad at Vencio then keep replying knowing he's a troll? He just seems to come and post mild stuff against the grain. Not useful, I agree. Not welcome sometimes, I get that too. That being said, just ignore the fellow if it's that bad, block him/filter if there's an option. Maybe it's a generational thing but it's pretty funny how invested he is in his forum character. I don't think he's the malicious type either. I mean, come on man. Sometimes he's casting bait the size of the empire state building and 3 people rush to bite on. One should know better.

Honestly at this point I think it’s people trying to keep the Kaiten threads alive by sending them back to the forum top every time

The last time any of the 4 Kaiten threads had any reasonable discussion outside of Vencio being a troll or not was like 4 weeks ago

Well, all that could be discussed was already discussed 20 times over and community pretty much unanimously agreed with things like kaiten=good, quaranteed crits=bad etc. . There was just few individuals who thought changes were good and some thought they were not that bad + some trolls. In the end, vast majority was against changes, so without people advocating for it, discussions ended up being Obama giving himself a medal meme. Hard to have discussion if you all agree on something.
