is there a way to transfer characters from PC to PS4?

- go to the account managment service (called Mog Station) website and login there.
- go to the "Games & Additional Services" area (third option in the left list under "Service Account Dashboard").
- go to "Additional Plataforms" and pick the PS5/PS4. Then, click on the "purchase full version" on the item below (Registration Method).
- it will open the playstation Store website. Login there and proceed the buying of the version (if you didn't the purchase already on the PSN).
- insert the PS4 version code you received. This will register the PS4 version into your FFXIV account. IMPORTANT: link your Square-Enix account within your PSN before registering.
- if someday you get a PS5, the upgrade will be free between the Playstation versions.

When entering the game, always use the same credentials (login and password) as before in both platforms. Remember that you cannot enter in game in both platforms at the same time with the same account, though
