Wait is this forum actually considered NA forum? If so, where can I access EU forums?

I think it was just a slip of the tongue. Although all the NA, EU and OCE worlds are in the same sub forum, meanwhile the JP worlds get one all to themselves. We could put it down to language but sub forums for each region would be better, alas it's still the same after all these years....
