idk if you've heard about these words but "woman" or "women" would probably work better than "female" or "females"

"Woman" and "female" don't designate the same group of people. "Women" refers to older females.
This game is rated 14+, and I think I might take exception to someone referring to my 14-yr old niece as a "woman."

That said, on the Internet, saying you're looking to interact with distaff players is an invitation to be trolled by adolescent males or entrapped by the vice squad. Especially if you say "girls."
