These are the most basic concepts of mmo pvp. And your current team failed to implement them.
They are bad. They should be fired. Find someone new.

I got to be honest its much better than it used to be in my opinion. I have to give credit where it is due this is much more fun and they did a good job for a "preliminary re-work". Lots to work on but its progress. I like the way some jobs play so much id even like that they overwrite the PVE skills with the pvp skills in some cases.
I disagree. I much rather have the previous system than this one. This new setup is a button-mash of a much smaller move set. Even if they were to re-redesign the game, it'll take too much time and money to do it so it's not going to happen. If this PvP fails, just forget PvP and they'll just remove it, but since it succeeded, the best they can do is just adjust abilities.
They'll do something if enough people complain about it. If a lot of people show they are unhappy with their game, it means people will start to leave and they lose profit. We just need enough to speak up and politely tell them what we want and not just blatantly tell them 'this sucks. fix it.'

There is an immunity. The servers are just garbage so CC registers before the immunity sometimes just like you lose 60% of your HP while in guard because the damage registered before you used guard even if the animation hadn't played yet. They will never be able to fix that without admitting that their servers tick rate is outright trash.
That said, yes the game desperately needs diminishing returns. We used to have it....I have no idea why they felt the new system needed it removed while adding more CC to the game than previous.
sorry but begging then attacking the programmers will not work no matter how pissed you get make your case and request some needed changes not beat them over the head with demands

We get 5 seconds worth of CC immunity after using Dispel but I do agree that chain CC-ing is not balanced right now as there are so many jobs capable of CC-ing you and none who can cleanse CC debuffs on others except for Bard and SCH through Seraph's LB which should be used way in advance. Seraph Flight is not a very dynamic and reactive cleanse and in most cases, you won't have access to it when you need it.
