    TROUBLE LOGGING INTO GAME BUT FORUMS OK

    I am having trouble logging into and playing FF14. The game reverted back to the original pre-login screen that you see just after the game installation. It won't take my user name and password. When I try to reset my password it says my email is no good. Please help, my Dad is trying to reset my password with my permission, he is the one who paid for the game. Would reinstalling the client work because my Dad successfully logged in one time before if booted him from the game.

    I have forum access

    I have forum access though so I suspect it is a client issue. I would try reinstalling my client but uninstalling and reinstalling it but I am out of hard drive space so it will have to wait until I upgrade my hard drive.
