    -2146697211 HTTPS System Error

    I recently started having this one error.

    Already tried restarting my computer and my modem, allowed IE to allow software to run if signature is invalid, and selected the lowest security level for it. Even uninstalled and reinstalled my game and still have the same issue.

    Any advice?

    Hi do you happen to be from Canada too? I'm having the same issue, There are 3 bottlenecks for me being Launcher, Data Center connection and server connection.
    I either get HTTPS System Error -2146697211 for launcher, 2002 for data center, 9002 or 10105 errors when loading into the server.

    Canada had a country wide internet outage, most has been restored, but not all and those restored are of course overloaded/backlogged.
    So if your connection is routed through Canada, very likely the reason you are having issues.

    I'm also having this issue. It is likely related to the cock up yesterday (I'm Canadian) where routers were affected. So far I've missed 2 days... of play time. I wonder how long this is going to go on.

    Hey all,

    Hopefully this helps, but try flushing your DNS. I was having the same problems as mentioned above, but once I did that I haven't had a problem since. Hopefully this works for everyone affected!

    In any Windows OS:
    Run CMD and paste below
    ipconfig /flushdns
    Press Enter

    I have flushed the dns several times, deleted the IE files, restarted the PC and the modem several times too.

    I am indeed from Canada, if this is so widespread I'll reach out to Rogers and see what can be done.

    Flushdns does not work for me either, from Canada. Everything else I use works now, even some in-Canada services I was having problems with.
