Anti-Exploit Measures for Caravan (Can I have it?)

Happened today while I was playing, too. A guy was crafting at Drybone by the npc and joined an available caravan duty, and was immediately harrassed before it began. So, he said.. if you want to treat me like such.. I'll act like such, and sat at camp doing nothing.

He then didn't join the next duty. I went out there to do a trade and started to craft by the camp after, not having joined a duty once. As we sat there crafting, neither of us in caravan, we were harrassed by two of the party members running in the caravan party.

So, yes, some linkshell members decided they wanted to head out to do some caravans. I don't think that 4/8 is leeching. It may not have been the kindest route to take, but we weren't being treated very kindly now were we? Seems silly to be upset about the results after instigating something in such a manner.

I agree, some people in this community KNOW how to kill a game.

Lol that's bs i watched that guy choco to the end of the quest point and sit there and craft. He did all of this before she even said something to him.

It could be possible you were too far from whoever said it in /say, and there were tells as well from what I've heard.

Either way, it still does not excuse the behaviour that continued afterward. He did not join the next duty after that one, I never joined one until after that entire party left. However as I crafted I was getting harrassed. "Are you two fags leeching our caravan runs?", among other comments. Inexcusable.

It could be possible you were too far from whoever said it in /say, and there were tells as well from what I've heard.

Either way, it still does not excuse the behaviour that continued afterward. He did not join the next duty after that one, I never joined one until after that entire party left. No i seen someone say that after the first time your friend did it. The first time we started mission one person in our party didn't get in. So i say i hope we don't have a leach. Lux goes to Golden bazaar and see him sitting there crafting before anything was said to him.

I will admit what they said to you guys after the second run started was uncalled for but you guys bringing your ls to take spots on purpose was not any better.

I was told differently about what occurred in the first incident. Wasn't there myself, so perhaps.

But it's still not fair for you guys to think you can dictate who has the rights to a caravan, regardless of what happened. We actually had 6 people for caravan, ported to each lvl 45+ caravan and saw each one was full or did not have space for all 6 of us. So we were crafting here and there, until we were harrassed. If we weren't going to be treated with respect we found no reason to continue to sit out of an open world event. But a group of 4-5 coming to do caravans isn't stealing your spots. I agree with the previous posts that are of the same opinion.

No one told him he couldn't join us, We was waiting @ the first pop and your friend Choc'ed right pass us and i said someone just went pass us with a duty tag so lux followed and there your friend was crafting @ the end

One guy didn't get in party. Yeah he was slow to get in so that sucked for the guy that missed out. But for -said person- to sit there and craft? I know Caravan isn't limited to one party, but when you see a full party doing caravans, it's curteous to ask to be a part of it. I've asked people if their's was full, what gives him the right to just take the spot from someone else and craft.

On top of that, the guy was crafting in the same spot before we got there. And from what I heard from people in my party, he did the exact same thing the day before. Yeah the things I said might have been wrong, but it's happened to me before when a person leeches off everyone else's work.

Don't forget to add when he brings his LS to defend him and break up our whole Caravan run party. But I can assure you, I was not of those people that continued that. I left.
