With the exception of materia, everything else is easily accessible and organized.
Tackle is available in every region where its required. Versatile Lures are the only item that work across the expansions.
For dyes, you just keep a stash of pigments and open up all the tribes that sell dyes, along with Firmament
If you want personal storage for every harvested material in game, just look at your harvest log. Click the location for where it's stashed and access all you need.

btw, the harvest log is some 800+ items and that's supposed to be accessible in one storage unit which is supposed to keep growing as they add more and more to the game?
