Cross World Link Shells number got jumbled after going back from Data Center Travel

I don't know if anyone notice, but after you going back from another Data Center to your Home Data Center, your arrangements or CWLS numbers got jumbled to different number before you assigned it

The jumbled was always same tho, but it's annoying since I set my number 4 to CWLS that I need to read and have SFX on it, so when it's goes to another CWLS that have so many people in it chatting, its just constant noises...

I know it's not a big problem since you can just arrange it manually again, but I don't think it should do this... so I'm happy if dev teams can fix it
